Duties Include
- Assist customers with parts
- Assist service department and technicians
- Maintain records of special-order parts
- Work closely with parts and service management
- Write purchase orders as needed from outside suppliers
- List and price out parts on repair orders and/or counter tickets
- Provide fast and courteous service to technicians
Skills

- Knowledge of automotive repairs, processes, and usage of parts catalog system
- Experience is a plus but not required
