Mid-West Campers and Recreation is a family owned business, with Camper and RV experience dating back to the 1960's. The following are expectations of the Parts Specialist job, but are not limited to just this list.

1. Produce parts and accessories sales - that meet established sales and gross margin objectives and satisfy both internal and external customer needs

2. Finalize parts and accessories transactions by properly closing each sale, including through the use of suggestive selling of parts and accessories that benefit the customer

3. Successfully identify and fulfill customer needs and desires by helping them select the best parts and/or accessories solution

4. Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner

5. Self educate on the features and benefits of parts and accessories products and actively seek out ways to increase selling capabilities

6. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Effectively assist the customer in making the best parts and accessories buying decisions - to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty

-Maintain a current knowledge base of parts and accessories to stay current on legal, safety and recall information to protect all parties

-Follow up with customers in a timely manner

-Properly demonstrate the use of parts and accessories

7. INVENTORY SUPPORT: Professionally participate in the maintenance and selection of parts and accessories - in order to maintain an accurate, profitable and desirable inventory that meets customer needs

-Maintain clean, well-stocked and attractive merchandise displays

-Accurately account for all incoming and outgoing parts and accessories

-Perform physical inventory counts on a regular basis

-Assist in identifying the best inventory mix of parts and accessories

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
