Parts Support

We are seeking a Parts Support team member to join our Branson service shop! You will be responsible for providing support to our service shop technicians by looking up and ordering parts.

Responsibilities:

• Look up and order parts
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Research parts online and look up schematics
• Communicate with customers regarding parts orders and availability
• Enter and process orders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outdoor power equipment and powersports sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Computer and spreadsheet knowledge

Some Saturdays will be required, occasional overtime should be expected. Competitive wages with great benefit package including paid health insurance, vacation, 401(k).
