The Patient Access Representative is responsible for providing professional reception and scheduling services to patients, visitors and staff in a growing clinic setting. Applicants should have 5-star customer service standards, be detail orientated and able to multi-task and problem solve. This position works closely with patients, providers, and clinic nursing staff to ensure a well-rounded care experience for patients. It is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, which makes this position an integral part of the care team. This is a part-time position averaging 24 hours per week. Hours vary between 6:45AM to 5:00PM on weekdays, with a rotating Saturday shift from 7:45AM to 12:00PM.

1. Computer literacy

2. Prior experience with family practice scheduling is a preferred

3. Excellent customer service skills

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills

5. Able to organize, coordinate and prioritize tasks

6. Ability to work in a team environment
