Wright Physical Therapy currently serves sixteen locations throughout Idaho - Twin Falls (2), Kimberly, Jerome, Filer, Burley, Rupert, Wendell, Ammon, Shelley, Blackfoot, Rigby, Garden City, Boise, Southeast Boise, and Meridian.
The Patient Benefits Specialist has the privilege of ensuring timely and accurate benefits verification, data entry, and authorizations obtainment for optimal claims processing.

Wright Physical Therapy currently serves sixteen locations throughout Idaho - Twin Falls (2), Kimberly, Jerome, Filer, Burley, Rupert, Wendell, Ammon, Shelley, Blackfoot, Rigby, Garden City, Boise, Southeast Boise, and Meridian.
The Patient Benefits Specialist has the privilege of ensuring timely and accurate benefits verification, data entry, and authorizations obtainment for optimal claims processing.
The primary responsibilities of the Patient Benefits Specialist include:
- Perform benefit verification through applicable insurance/benefits providers
- Perform data entry of new patients into Wright PT EMR and billing software
- Prepare and upload Patient Financial Agreements prior to patient evaluation
- Scanning of patient information into database
- Assist team with insurance and authorization questions as needed
- Support front office in tracking authorization based on state or insurance requirements
- Reporting of OTC (Over the Counter) collections performance on a weekly basis
- Contribute through innovation and improvement of current systems/processes
- Assist in re-verification efforts as needed
- Perform compliance audits as requested
- Perform authorization audits as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Work from home opportunity, must reside within one hour drive time of one of our locations
- Experience in insurance verification preferred, not required
- High School Graduation or Equivalent
- Computer and software proficiency
- Team player attitude, energetic, organized, excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work in the United States
