Job description
We need a conscientious, motivated, friendly individual to help guide our clients through their cosmetic surgery journey. Speaking Spanish is a must. Duties would include answering phones, booking consultations and surgeries, working directly with clients to help make a plan, organizing surgical paperwork and overseeing the surgical calendar. As part of these duties you would be sanitizing rooms between patients, cleaning, stocking rooms, putting supplies away, helping with laundry and other essential tasks necessary to make an office work efficiently.
High school diploma required. Experience in a medical or dental office, training as a medical assistant or phlebotomist is a bonus.
