We are seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Patient Services Specialist for our Manhattan medical facility:

  • You will be collecting referral information via phone
  • You will be registering information in appropriate databases
  • You will be analyzing referrals for appropriate services
  • You will be scheduling appointments
  • You will be maintaining files to facilitate rescheduling as needed
  • You will be participating in department meetings
  • You will be navigating patients throughout various departments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School degree or equivalent; College preferred
  • Prior call center or receptionist experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
