Excel Truck Group, a growing East Coast heavy truck dealership, is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their Roanoke, VA team. This is a critical role responsible for performing a variety of duties, primarily supporting the payroll and benefits for our employees. In addition, you will be a primary contact in support of our employees and performing other administrative duties will be assigned to support the department and dealership.

Requirements:
- Excel and Microsoft office experience
- ADP Experience preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processes payroll and all related miscellaneous tasks associated. ADP Experience preferred.
- Processes new employee paperwork, entering data into payroll system.
- Enters and maintains employee deductions and other changes and processes terminations.
- Reviews all data entry to assure accuracy.
- Assists with open enrollment for our benefits during renewal periods.
- Enrolls, changes and terminates policyholders from various group insurance plans.
- Processes benefits and maintains related files as needed.
- Processes COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, and disability as needed.
- Responds to employee inquiries and able to or get the support necessary to resolve issues.
- Compiles benefit packets and presents benefits program as needed.
- Organize and compile required DOT records and files.
- Complete and submit accident reports to our insurance carrier.
- Excel and Microsoft office experience required.
- Must understand the importance and maintain the confidentiality of our employee and company records.
- Flexible and able to support all other duties as assigned to support our employee’s experience as member of the Excel Truck Group.
