Payroll Specialist to join our growing team!
Compensation: Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Pay Range: 65k-85k

- Coordinates ticket assignment within tracking tool, updates and resolves tickets
- Assists with updating time sheets, banking information and other pay related information in Peoplesoft
- Support the garnishment process using ADP
- Other duties assigned
- Monday – Friday, hybrid (1 day in the office)
- Entering data into databases and spreadsheets
- Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
- General principles and practices related to the processing of payroll information and maintenance of payroll records.
- Office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and applicable software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and other specialized applications related to area of assignment.
- Pertinent wage and labor laws
- Worked with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
- PeopleSoft and ADP experience preferred
- Worked with a 3rd party vendor
- Ability to partner with other department to resolve outstanding issues
- Communicate effectively
