Payroll Supervisor – Team Services

Sunriver Brewing Company is a family-owned business founded in Central Oregon in 2012. We are dedicated to awesome craft beer, delicious food, and engaging service. We are looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join our team and operations in Sunriver. This is an exciting opportunity for you to grow with a company dedicated to our great team. We are seeking someone with a stable work history in payroll administration, preferably skilled in basic labor laws. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, benefits, payroll, onboarding, training and development, as well as an understanding of accounting practices.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Payroll is processed in a timely, accurate and confidential manner

• Ensures that all data is accurate
• Manages sick leave and vacation administration
• Accounting – all functions and reports are timely, accurate and well managed
• Manages health insurance applications, payments and communication

Human Resource Administration

• Ensures professional, timely and accurate onboarding for new hires
• Communicates with company leadership regarding all aspects of employee documentation
• Ensure quarterly audits are completed for I9, OLCC and Food Handler compliance.
• Processes garnishments, employment verifications and unemployment inquiries
• Manages Workers Compensation claims
• Manages Oregon Saves administration

Job Requirements & Skills:

• Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records
• Current familiarity with common database and spreadsheet tools, such as Google docs and Excel
• Knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Can work independently and without supervision
• Ability to multi-task with an understanding of prioritization
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to develop and maintain tools and systems
