Job description

Care Dentistry Group is a group of privately owned dental practices seeking a part-time, 4-10 days per month, Pediatric Dentist to join our teams in the Los Angeles area.* We are multi-specialty, fee for service group of practices with an excellent reputation! The Pediatric Dentist *will travel to our various high-end offices that are all in the same general area.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and provide excellent, evidence-based dental treatment to patients
  • Educate patients and parents on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and hygiene
  • Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans
  • New patient and re-care exams
  • Composite fillings
  • Pulpotomy and crown procedures
  • Simple and surgical extractions
  • Prescribe medications as necessary
  • Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations
  • Supervise the work of clinical team
  • Diagnose and make appropriate referrals

Pediatric Dental Specialist Qualifications and Skills

  • We are open to ALL experience levels
  • California DDS/DMD license
  • Pediatric specialty certification preferred
  • Current Malpractice Liability Insurance
  • PALS Certification (Preferred)
  • CPR Certification
  • Dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care to patients
  • Experienced in behavioral management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Ability to inspire, smile and laugh
  • Friendly, fun, professional demeanor

Pay : $1,200 - $10,000 daily

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $10,000.00 per day

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Pediatric Dentistry: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • PALS Certification (Preferred)
  • Pediatric Dentistry License (Required)
  • CA Dental License (Required)
