We are looking for someone who is forward thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will partner with the Miracle-Ear (ME) Leadership Team to deliver our results through engaged and motivated team members. As a key member of the Americas organization, you will collaborate locally and globally enabling the organization to achieve our performance goals, culture goals, and create a sustainable foundation for continued growth. This position is a blended role between strategic and tactical execution and is the primary point of contact for all leaders within your assigned business unit of Miracle-Ear Franchise. In this role, you will report directly to the business unit and will also collaborate closely with our broader human resources team. Responsibilities Business Partner
  • You are able to demonstrate a high-level of assurance and the ability to ask, challenge and understand the business as well as challenge leaders on delivering results through their people. Must be able to build and identify the need for process improvement, HR related activities and drive those needs into the business to demonstrate value and need for improvements.

Talent Assessment
  • Deliver talent reviews, succession planning and development for your business unit, and collaborate with the larger Amplifon Americas organization to create a sustainable pipeline. Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure the talent pipeline process starts at the interview and threads itself through the employee lifecycle.

Franchisee Relationships
  • Understand the needs and business obstacles for our franchisee partners, in order to support the Miracle-Ear Franchise organization in all required business and process evolutions to best serve our partners.

Organizational Design
  • Partner across the business to deliver effective organization structures that enables growth without continuous upheaval.
  • Support the organization in change management activities as they transform and create new opportunities within their business.

Coaching
  • Comfortable in constructive conversations with business leaders to continue their development and the development of the organization. Able to read the audience and deliver messaging in a language and tone that resonates.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of business partnering demonstrating ability to accompany leaders and people navigating uncertainty.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Thrives in an environment that is extremely fast-paced, creative and collaborative yet holds individuals responsible and accountable.
  • Ability to grasp new ideas and change direction quickly based on the needs of the business
  • Effective critical thinking and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to conduct high level needs analysis to identify skill gaps and needs across critical talent segment.
  • Experience facilitating effective change initiatives while managing pace
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to exude an executive presence to partner with executive and senior management.
  • Providing guidance and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles faced in execution and operations.
  • Program management and implementation experience
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and accomplish well-defined assignments according to established guidelines with little to no supervision
  • Capability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and take advantage of the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
  • Aptitude to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way
  • Leads by example on accountability, influencing, and effectively managing change
