We are seeking a Caregiver with Dementia/ Alzheimer's experience to provide services to a wonderful female client on an on-going basis. Pay Rate = $16.00 per hour Where: In Maricopa City, AZ - Zip Code 85139 Shift: Weekday 4 days a week - 1pm-5pm - on-going client Details: * Very sweet female client * Needs assistance with bathing * Housekeeping & homemaking services * Companionship * Must like pets - client has a cat and dog * Run errands & must be able to drive client to physicians appointments
- Overall Client Care and Client Experience
- Homemaking Services, Light Housekeeping and Meal Preparation
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)
- Errands and Transportation
- Home Safety and Fall Prevention
- Assistance with Transfers and Ambulation
- Companionship
- Caring, Compassionate and Warm Friendly Personality
- Must have 2 Plus Years of Proven Caregiving Experience
- Must have Experience Working with Alzheimer's / Dementia Clients
- Caregivers, Direct Care Worker (DCW), Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Caregiver
- Current CPR, 1st Aid and Proof of Negative TB
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Be Able to Pass a Background Check
- Be Able to Lift 25 Pounds or More
