As the Personal Assistant, you will be tasked to provide concierge-level service to the CEO for any personal matters. This role is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurial candidates and requires reliability, detail orientation, creativity, a get it done attitude in addition to working knowledge of lifestyle and travel management.
What YOU will own:
- Provide 24/7 concierge service/availability
- 80% personal tasks/20% administrative tasks
- Work closely with the Principal's Executive Assistant to ensure all new requests and open items are being handled
- Manage travel logistics including booking flights, transportation, and accommodations in addition to creating travel itineraries
- Coordinate with other staff members on any household and/or personal projects
- Staying abreast of hospitality trends in order to execute prime reservations
- Manage events throughout the year from cocktail to holiday parties
- Understanding the Principal's wardrobe needs and making relevant purchases, style suggestions for various occasions in addition to coordinating any customization/tailoring as needed
- Run personal errands
Experience/Requirements YOU will bring:
- Must have 1-4 years experience working for High net-worth individuals
- 24/7 concierge capacity required
- Lives in the New York City area
- Available to travel locally as needed

- Needs to know the NYC area or have connections in the city across industries such as hospitality
