Lucy Buffett LuLu’s is currently seeking a Personal Assistant/Household Manager for the CEO of our company.
This position is based in Key West, FL.

Experience/Qualifications needed to take on this role:

-Minimum 5 years’ experience as a personal assistant working in homes

-Proficient computer skills and proficiency with Mac and iPhone products.

-Organized and professional; attention to detail

-Strong written and verbal communication

-Must be able to take initiative; be able to problem solve in a quick and timely manner

-Adaptable and Flexible; be able to work odd hours/days -Great personality, friendly, calm demeanor, discreet

-Travel is required (For example, to Gulf Shores, AL, Perdido Key, FL and Fairhope, AL)

-Valid driver’s license and passport; maintain satisfactory driving record and insurability

Duties and Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant/Household Manager:

Household Duties-Manage the day-to-day operations of the CEO’s residences in Key West, FL, Fairhope, AL, and Perdido Keys, FL. Ensuring procedures, services, vendors, memberships, cars, and estate care run smoothly, everything is up-to-date, appointments are confirmed, and all are in satisfactory condition. Maintain estate maintenance schedules. Supervise all on-site estate projects including renovations, construction, repairs, and inspections. Schedule daily, weekly, or monthly walk-thru of estates to ensure state of properties while the CEO is not present at the estate.

Personal Assistant Duties- Act as a point-of-contact for the CEO for external personal contacts, as needed. Oversee all personal events, managing staff, and arrangements. Package, ship and receive deliveries for household. Manage petty cash, submit reports and receipts. Procure residential supplies, office supplies, seasonal purchases, event purchases, gift wrapping, mailing distributions, gift certificates, and custom gifts. Assist with digital and paper file organization and archiving, inventory management, contact updating, mailing lists, subscriptions, membership renewals, and personal donations. Assist in responding to personal emails and texts, as needed.

Travel Duties-Book personal travel/appointments, create detailed itineraries, make restaurant/hotel reservations, schedule transportation, etc. as needed. Provide transportation, as needed. Accompany CEO on occasional personal trips for day-to-day personal needs including transportation, reservations, event coordination, shopping, meetings, etc. (Int’l or Domestic)

Assist in any other duties, as requested.
