Our Agency is seeking responsible, compassionate individuals to provide care and support for adults with special needs, living in their own homes, in Napa County.

We assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment in their homes, assist with hygiene skills as necessary, and assist in participating in recreational activities of their choosing in the community.

- Supervise and assist clients to improve their knowledge and skills.

- Instruct/train new skills as appropriate and indicated in the client's service plan

- Form positive relationships with clients and co-workers

Employees are expected to interact directly with clients, and report to supervisors with any updates on the client's condition, needs, outlook, and future plans. We promoteb from within, and opportunities for advancement are available.

Entry level compensation is $17-$21 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 per hour COVID-Incentive Pay. Compensation will be based on prior experience. Benefits include PTO, Paid Sick Leave, 401K contribution match up to 6% gross income, work cell-phone or phone stipend, and Holiday Pay when worked. Additionally employees who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for Kaiser Medical Coverage, Dental, Vision and Chiropractic.

Conditions of Employment: Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid Driver's License, current vehicle registration and auto insurance, as well as a safe and operating vehicle.
