Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant professional for immediate start with our company and working directly with the CEO.
The PA/EA position is to free a CEO’s time from organizing and administrative tasks so that they can spend maximum time on strategic tasks
We accept nothing less than a 100% positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude, and those not passionate about a career in PA/EA Services need not apply.
Tasks involve
- communications (over phone, email and text), problem solving, project management, calendar planning and reporting.
- acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- organizing events and conferences
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- managing databases and filing systems
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- collating and filing expenses
- miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the CEO
Skills and Qualifications:

- BA/BS Degree preferred
- CRM (Hubspot or similar) experience a major asset
- Gmail, Excel, Sheets, Online forms, Calendar software experience an asset
- Previous PA/EA experience a bonus!

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
