Personal Bankers assist clients with a variety of banking needs like opening new accounts, educating them on products and services, and demonstrating the ease-of-use of mobile and digital banking tools, while working to achieve established customer service and sales objectives. The Bank provides all the training and mentorship you need to support your success as a Fidelity Banker. A minimum of one year in the banking industry is preferred, but not required.
