Dulles Insurance Services (Erie Insurance) is growing, and ready to add an additional Insurance Account Manager to our team. Current experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing an assigned book of business, by analyzing customers' needs, evaluating options, and offering tailored insurance solutions. They are responsible to build and sustain relationships with existing customers and to promote the agency. In addition, Dulles Insurance provides strong training, and education, and assists with the cost of licensure.

Compensation: $35,000 -$55,000 (Negotiable based on experience) In addition to a salary rate, bonuses are paid for new business and/or referrals by the Account Manager.

Job Type: Full-time, in-office location.

License: A valid Property & Casualty License is desired; however, we will assist the right candidate in getting licensed.
