The Exercise Coach, a high tech fitness studio, is looking for a conscientious and motivated Personal Trainer. We have a friendly team oriented environment without the commission based high pressure sales environment of a Big Box Gym.

Responsibilities Include:

Train clients using our advanced computerized equipment while building long term relationships

Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients and introduce them to our exercise methods

Create an upbeat, inviting, engaging, motivating environment

Act as an effective team member on the phone and in person with prospective clients

Perform on-going evaluations of client’s performance and create customized workouts.

Maintain Client records and scheduling

Contribute to the maintenance of an extremely clean and organized studio.

Perform additional tasks as requested.

Qualifications: Prefer a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, related health field or exercise certification Current CPR/AED Certification

Comfortable with computer systems and software Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. High integrity, professional, dependable, enthusiastic, with a passion for helping others
