JOB SUMMARY

• Perform thorough inspections and treatments of customer’s homes and/or businesses
• Prepare proposals and presentations based on inspection findings to obtain sales
• Educate and communicate with our customers on both service and sales solutions/recommendations
• Reach target service and sales goals
• Continually refine skills and knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS

• High character, be willing to do the right thing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Motivation to help the company grow and succeed
• Must be willing to hustle and grind
• Must be willing and interested in going out and generate business
• Confident and charismatic
• Tenacious and willing to go above and beyond

REQUIREMENTS

• Must pass pre employment screening and drug test
• Must have a great DMV record and valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to routinely lift, push and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work at heights
• Must be able to pass state exams to legally perform contracted work (will provide training)
