NuCara Pharmacy is a dynamic community pharmacy serving patients in Iowa, Texas, North Dakota and Minnesota. At NuCara, we prioritize one-on-one patient counseling and medication management with the goal of delivering the best pharmacy value without sacrificing the quality of care prized by our patients.
We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated individual to join our team in Coralville, IA. Duties will be in our retail pharmacy, but we also provide compounding services which creates an ideal environment for pharmacy technicians looking to diversify their skills. We are looking for candidates that enjoy working as a team to provide prompt, high quality care to our patients. Applicants should have strong communication and organizational skills. National Pharmacy Technician certification is not required.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Data entry
- Customer interaction
- Inventory management
- Assist in directing daily workflow
- Resolving rejected insurance claims
Work schedule will be Monday through Friday 40 hours per week. The pharmacy is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays.
