Absolute Pharmacy is an independent, family owned Long Term Care Pharmacy in North Canton, Ohio. Pharmacy technicians play an important role in providing medications to residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout the state

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
- Supervisor or leadership experience
- HR experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products

Position Summary:
The Production Supervisor will help coordinate and facilitate production workflow, package and prepare medications for delivery, help resolve scheduling complications that may arise and participate in coaching, counseling and evaluation of employees when necessary. They will participate in and coordinate hiring and training of pharmacy staff. The Production Supervisor must have high attention to detail, be able to multitask and have strong communication skills and work well in team environment.
