Job Summary and Qualifications

• You will demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development,
• You will assess, determine range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
• You will participate in patient specimen collection responsibilities. You will monitor computer/labels/computer reports to ensure no collections are missed.
• You will be responsible for computer processing of patient specimens before and after collection.
• Assists physician offices with all laboratory needs including venipunctures, picking up specimens, etc.
• Registers patients’ samples accurately to ensure appropriate billing. You will utilize customer service skills in both in-patient and out-patient settings.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Phlebotomy skills (At least 1 year of experience preferred)
• Certification is highly preferred
• Communication and customer service skills required
• Basic computer skills preferred

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
