Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate location
- Be proficient and professional with phone customers
- Effectively utilize software and phone systems
Candidate Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette with clear speaking voice
- Strong customer service and relationship skills
- Proficient keyboard skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior office or switchboard experience helpful
