We are hiring on-site appointment setters for our boutique call center in beautiful downtown Coral Gables. Come be a part of our fun, positive, close-knit team!

This is a PHONE SALES position. We are looking for experienced closers with a proven track record of selling over the phone.

This role offers a competitive hourly base plus uncapped bonuses and spiffs to earn $50,500-$81,000++ in your first year.

About the Role:

• First year target earnings of $50,500-$81,000++ per year
• Guaranteed hourly base plus uncapped performance bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Place outbound sales calls and accept incoming calls from warm/hot leads, NO COLD CALLING
• Book clients into the calendar for our growing studios, ensuring that our clients receive a high level of customer service and our calendar of appointments is full
• Manage your leads and close bookings to achieve your booking targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year previous phone sales experience required
• Experience doing outbound and inbound calls
• Must meet weekly sales requirements (these are set on Monday and must be met by Friday)
• Computer/technology savvy
• Outstanding phone etiquette
• Ability to follow a script
• Able to self-evaluate calls
• Strong sales closer
• Strong ATTENTION TO DETAIL with the ability to follow systems and procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and committed
• Ambitious, motivated, and self-disciplined
• Scheduling availability is Mon-Fri 10am to 6pm, with at least 1 weekend day of availability

You must live in the Miami-Dade area, have reliable transportation, and be prepared to commute to our Coral Gables office daily.
