About us

Axis Hand and Physical therapy is an outpatient orthopaedic practice with locations throughout the Tri-county area as well as a home based program. We work closely with orthopedic surgeons for the rehabilitation, both post-operative and non-operative, for clients spanning the lifespan.

We are currently seeking both Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to work closely with physicans and patients to increase mobility and relieve pain. The ideal applicant has clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, is comfortable working with patients in a variety of settings, and has a passion for delivering exceptional patient care but experience is not required. In addition, we have the need for a part time home therapist working exclusively with orthopedic patients where the schedule is flexible and self-driven.

In addition to the home based position, we are hiring therapists in our Moncks Corner, Mt. Pleasant and Summerville locations.
