StretchLab offers one-on-one assisted stretching to clients looking for improved mobility, flexibility, and athletic performance. Our clients rely on assisted stretching as a foundation for their healthy and active lifestyles.

We are opening a new location in Bountiful, Utah, and seeking certified fitness professionals to join our team. Our team includes:

· Personal trainers

· Massage therapists

· Physical therapists and assistants

· Yoga and Pilates instructors

· Other certified and expert fitness enthusiasts

As an industry leader, StretchLab provides qualified candidates with over 70 hours of paid instruction, training, and practice specific to your certification in assisted stretching. This is an amazing opportunity to become a leader in a new modality that serves clients of all ages, lifestyles, and athletic abilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Deliver 25- and 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients

● Minimum scheduling of 20 hours per week (part-time) with the option to work additional hours based on client scheduling

● Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions

● Build client relationships and the StretchLab membership community

● Assess client needs develop personalized stretching programs for each client

● Ensure safety of clients for proper stretch techniques

● Enforce StretchLab’s policies and safety rules

● Attend staff meetings and ongoing educational presentations

● Handle member concerns when applicable

● Assist Studio Manager and Sales Associates with some studio functions

● Contribute to the studio’s social media presence

● Maintain stretching equipment in clean and proper working order

● Assist with off-site engagement events (as available)

● Availability for weekend hours/shifts (may be required)

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Must successfully complete StretchLab’s Flexologist Training Program, including approx. 20 hours of pre-work (paid), a 2-day on-site, hand-on, in-person training with a Master Flexologist (paid, travel may be required depending on available training schedules), and 20 hours of post-work (paid)

● Love of boutique fitness and wellness environment is a must

● Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility

● Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients

● Physical Therapy Assistant, fitness or other certification required

● Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people

● Fantastic communication skills

● Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals

● Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to client schedules

• This position offers a base hourly rate plus a commission structure for every client stretch session
