Achieve Health & Wellness in the Tri-cities, TN is searching for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. We are searching for a highly motivated PT who is well rounded in physical therapy practice. Achieve Health & Wellness is a Physical Therapist owned private practice located in Gray and Kingsport, TN. Our focus is outpatient orthopedics. We are dedicated to providing a high standard of care to our patients. Our practice is committed to a patient centered approach and is founded on clinical reasoning. We have a well established referral base and an excellent team at our practice. We offer competitive salaries and generous continuing education reimbursement.
