Physical Therapist

BayLife Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is looking for a Physical Therapist to fill a physical therapy position at our Back In Action (BIA) offices in the Coconut Creek, Tamarac, and Plantation, Florida areas. This position will require a physical therapist with a strong interest and background in manual therapy, the ability to convert consultations to new patients through our direct access marketing programs, manage their schedule appropriately, and provide staff PTA oversight and supervision. Additionally, the physical therapist will be responsible for marketing and developing relationships with local referring physicians. Candidates with two years of experience are preferred.

This position will require delivering high-quality patient care in a clean and professional environment utilizing a team-centered approach.

Qualifications and duties of the Physical Therapist include:

• Florida PT License
• Provide patient care through direct access
• Responsible for managing clinic schedules
• Marketing to local physicians
• Supervision of PTAs
• Complete timely documentation using WebPT
