Job Description:
The primary role of the Physical Therapist is to direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation, treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation according to organization’s guidelines, professional standards and community needs.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved curriculum in Physical Therapy, is able to practice unencumbered, is in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards, has working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources.
Preferred, 1-3 years of Physical Therapy experience in a post-acute/ SNF, or LTC. New graduates considered if applicant had clinical experience in SNF.
