SW Physical Therapy is seeking to find a skilled, motivated, and dependable physical therapist to be a part of our established practice. The scope of the Physical Therapist position:
- Effectively communicates and collaborates with the team, reinforcing company values, policies and procedures.
- Provides quality, evidence-based physical therapy evaluation and treatment with compassion and professionalism, within productivity standards
- Researches and evaluates emerging trends in physical therapy
- Promotes knowledge and utilization of physical therapy services by maintaining liaison with referring providers
- Contributes to physical therapy policies, procedures, new programs and related services
- Responds to requests and identifies emerging issues, contributing to problem-solving.
- Maintains legal and accreditation compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited program of Physical Therapy as required by the Oregon Physical Therapy Licensing Board for a practicing Physical Therapist.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited university is preferred.
- Valid Physical Therapy license from the Oregon Board of Examiners is required.
