What matters to us:

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

• Licensed by the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
• Possession of valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Currently possess or able to complete first aid and CPR certification (training provided)
• Evaluate and provide treatments for clients within the guidelines of the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy Practice Act and all applicable regulations

• Assist in recommending and obtaining wheelchairs, braces, and specific positioning and training equipment
• Ensure billing and documentation for Physical Therapy services is conducted according to the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy Practice Act and all applicable guidelines

• Maintain knowledge of current trends in Physical Therapy
• Communicate well with others including staff and our individuals
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds while providing therapy services
