Job description

Seeking a motivated physical therapist, chiropractor, or acupuncturist to help my practice grow!

Dr. Nadine’s Bodymoves Chiropractic Inc.

Corte Madera, CA

I am looking for a physical therapist, chiropractor, or acupuncturist to join my sports chiropractic practice that has been running for six years. I am looking for an individual who wants a great long-term work environment with a lot of independence to work your craft while co-managing patients. You will be building the practice with me.

I’d like to address compensation. I run a cash practice with insurance reimbursement direct to the patient done by my billing agent. Because it is a cash practice your monthly income is predictable and dependable. I have two options: create your own business and we share the workload and overhead costs. Together we network and market to the local area but each of us maintains our own business backend system. The second option is to be an independent contractor where I would pay you a percentage of your earnings. All backend business details are my responsibility. You would still network and build your patient numbers but within my current patient family. These are my cost of service: New OV is 80 min for $220, 60 min for $190, 30 min for $105, 15 min for $60. It is easy to make a good living at this cash rate. I work 3-4 days a week. You can decide to work 2-5 days a week.

My typical treatment lasts 30-60 minutes and includes chiropractic, shockwave therapy, kinesiotaping and rehab exercises. Currently I do not have a front desk receptionist because I have automated scheduling and payment via Square. We would help each other keep up with scheduling, treatment plans and compliance. I am also looking for assistance in filming rehab videos both in and out of the office. These videos will help our patients with their rehab while at home.

You may learn more about me by reading my bio at Bodymoveschiropractic.com. One requirement for you to be a good fit is your ability to compartmentalize your personal life from your work life. We are in the service industry and our job is to be present with our patients to hear their needs and then respond in a helping manner. All personal problems must not be brought into the office when patients are present.

I hope that through the following duties below, we can create a vibrant clinic that will provide success for both of us, which takes effort when not treating patients.

Duties and Responsibilities
● Consulting with the patient about their medical history and the reason for their visit
● Creating and executing a plan of care that focuses on the patient’s overall health and wellbeing
● Recall clients who have dropped out of care
● Performing neuromusculoskeletal therapy according to your license scope of practice
● Giving advice on lifestyle habits such as sleep, exercise and diet to improve patients physical health
● Maintaining thorough SOAP notes so that we are both kept up to date and can both see the same patient and leave off where the other did.
● Assist with keeping HIPPA log
● Book your own patients and take payments using Square
● Refer for imaging and reviewing with the patient
● Assist with light cleaning of the office and maintenance on all tables, tools, and printers
● Writing short and easy marketing docs sent out once a month through Square marketing platform
● Reach out to local networking resources to generate working relationships, referrals, and awareness of what our clinic offers.

Required: Your field’s license in current standing.

I look forward to hearing from you,
Nadine Brinton , DC
