Professional Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is interviewing physical therapists for our outpatient position in Franklin, MA, with full-time and part-time options available.

What we treat.

Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab and joint and spine management. We have also grown as a premier treatment provider for patients with neurologic, dizziness, and balance issues.

We maintain an appropriate caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available.

We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development.

LICENSE AND EXPERIENCE

Requirements for this position include the following:

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license

Preferences:

• Manual therapy background or interest in pursuing and manual therapy clinical tract preferred.

Salary ranges are based on experience and/or skill level. On top of base salary, employees can earn performance-based incentives with additional quarterly bonuses. Additionally, employees can earn bonuses on any cash services rendered.
