Work under one roof with 19 clinicians (who have a variety of certifications, specialities....from ortho to pediatric, pelvic rehab, vestibular, Parkinson's Disease specialities, Rock Steady Boxing, lymphedema, blood flow restriction, Graston and ART, house calls, etc!).

Elite is growing and will be opening a new clinic this summer in Moosic, PA. We continue to grow and promote from within.

We are a physical therapy clinic in Wilkes-Barre, PA that is experiencing rapid growth. We grew from a one employee clinic 11 years ago to a team of more than 24 people.

We believe in education, and provide an immense amount of training, teaching and coaching. You'll work with a diverse team of professionals and see a wide variety of diagnosis. At Elite you will be mentored by an experienced clinical staff. We dedicate time to teaching and learning each week. We have specialty programs for lymphedema, pelvic health, vestibular, and orthopedics as well as a full fitness program onsite with strength and fitness coaches. We have staff who are certified in various aspects of physical therapy and fitness to grow and learn from. The owners are practicing clinicians who have taught, been published, and are certified in many aspects of clinical care.

For this role we are seeking a staff physical therapist who is committed to excellent patient care. The perfect fit is someone who wants to grow as a clinician as well as continue helping our company expand and excel. Experience in this exact role is not required but is a plus.

This position qualifies for PTO, holiday compensation, BCBS medical insurance (choice of 4 plans with low to higher deductible and HSA), free fitness membership , FREE life insurance and FREE long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, dental and vision insurance, 401K with matching benefit.

Weekly hands-on meeting to increase clinical skills, and weekly mentorship meetings. Continuing education.

Compensation: New graduates start at a base rate and will increased \when you have a direct access license, as well as increases with competency in our specialization programs (such as lymphedema, pelvic, fitness, etc).
