FORM Physical Therapy is a thriving outpatient orthopedic practice in Roswell, GA with a fast-growing pelvic floor physical therapy practice and Pilates wellness practice. We strive to provide dynamic, evidence based, individualized intervention. FORM has been a part of the Roswell / Alpharetta community for 4+ years. Our therapists treat 10-12 patients a day, providing quality one-on-one intervention. We are looking for a physical therapist that is skilled in pelvic floor rehab. Some previous training in Pilates or interest in learning to teach Pilates would be a plus. Our facility is well equipped with strengthening equipment, Pilates equipment, and private rooms to assist the therapist in meeting the patient's goals. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
