H2 Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to work at our Highlands Physical Therapy outpatient clinic located in Covington, VA. This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, but it could lead to full-time employment in a floating capacity at our clinics in the region. We are looking for someone to start around in July.

Our ideal candidate will have experience treating and evaluating patients with primarily orthopedic caseloads with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome!"

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting
• Must pass required background checks

Multi-locations: Yes - Covering our Ridgeline Physical Therapy location in Low Moor

Facility Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

Hour per week: 40

Job Type: Temporary/13 weeks - with the opportunity to become full-time a regional floater

Performance Bonus Incentive: Yes - Up to an additional $30K annually (only eligible for permanent full-time employees)
