We have an opportunity for a Physical Therapy Aide to assist in the evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with orthopedic, neurological, dermatological and other medical diagnoses to determine their physical ability to do daily activities and return to work. Our Physical Therapy Aide will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff members, administer post-treatment medications, as well as assisting in the preparation of patients for procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in and support physical therapy treatment plans by applying appropriate skills and competencies.
• Perform clerical tasks such as answering the phone and scheduling appointments.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and organizing patient charts.
• Assist patients with special needs.
• Assist physical therapists with special needs.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties such as emptying trash and cleaning tables, restrooms, and kitchens.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
