Job description

Job responsibilities :

1. Assist therapists with physical set up and observation of daily treatments as per therapist’s plan of care
2. Perform various cleaning tasks
3. Greet all patients and visitors in a courteous manner
4. Assist therapist in and set up individuals on conditioning equipment, observe exercise programs, exercise bike, and treadmill
5. Schedule appointments according to clinic policy
6. Type various notes, letters, marketing material, etc.
7. Answer phones and take referrals, pre-authorize visits, or assist as needed with secretarial or billing services
8. Assist office manager with paperwork, phone calls, or other such tasks
9. Stock linen and prepare treatment areas daily; treatment areas to be maintained throughout each working day
10. Become competent in and perform data entry

An ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, has great communication skills, a positive outlook, open and willing to learn. Physical fitness / personal training experience beneficial

Qualifications:

-Ability to speak, read, and write English
-High school diploma or GED required
-Strong time management and organizational skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Good problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
-High level of personal integrity, reliability and honesty

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
