Epic Physical Therapy is looking for an energetic and engaged team member who wants to play a role in patient care as a Physical Therapy Tech. The Physical Therapy Tech supports physical therapy care delivery by preparing treatment area, patient, equipment and materials. This is a great position for applicants who enjoy multi-tasking, performing various job duties and getting to work in a clinic environment.

Physical Therapy Tech responsibilities:

  • Prepare for upcoming therapy sessions by organizing the treatment locations based on the patient’s needs
  • Maintain clean linen supply
  • Maintain upkeep of the equipment and treatment areas
  • Under direction of Physical Therapist, assist patients with performing exercises, utilizing E-Stim machine and administering hot and cold packs.
  • Assist in office and clerical duties, such as ordering supplies, answering phone calls, taking appointments, calling patients, and helping complete and file insurance paperwork
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong, disciplined work ethic
  • Dedication to quality patient care through the entire therapeutic process
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
  • CPR and first aid certification is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
