Equivalent ExperienceDescription:
Demolition, Excavation, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer, Water Services, Concrete & Paving
Requirements Include:
Minimum two years experience in commercial site development or related field
Physically capable of heavy lifting (80+ lbs at a time)
Osha 10 preferred - or ability to complete certification upon employment
Valid state driver's license & transportation to / from project sites
Please note that project locations may include Delaware County, Chester County, Montgomery County & Bucks County
Additional Skills & Qualifications::
Wide variety of manual tasks, including pipe cutting & laying, instructing equipment operators on cuts & fills, shoveling / raking asphalt, running light equipment, etc...
Digging / spreading dirt & stone using shovel and/or rake
Mix mortar, spread stone & other materials using hand tools
Lift, carry & hold mortar, pipe, tools & supplies
