PIZZA MAKER JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports to: Manager on Duty

Position Overview:

The Pizzeria Regina Pizzamaker is the heart of our operation. In this position you will be charged with producing consistently high- quality brick oven pizzas according to time honored family recipes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Making a high quality, consistent product from scratch adhering to our exact recipe specifications every time.
• Prepping toppings and other items as needed.
• Working the ovens.
• Stocking and restocking the station as needed.
• Proper stretching and dough handling.
• Working with wooden and metal boards / peels.
• Setting up, cleaning and breaking down the work station.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma and / or GED is preferred
• Prior kitchen experience is necessary.
• Prior Pizza making is preferred.
• A passion to please and work in a fast- paced team environment to provide an award -winning experience for our guests is essential!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
