Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal

Job Overview
Our growing law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with a focus on both pre-litigation and litigation cases to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will:
Have 2-5 years' experience in Plaintiff's personal injury law in Arizona.
Be well versed in both federal and state court procedure and filing requirements, to include e-Filing.
Have experience with notice of claims, premises liability, negligence, road designs, trucking claims, and complex litigation matters.
Enter data from medical records, court documents, and other sources into our database.
Obtain police reports, 911 tapes, body cam footage, etc.
Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, disclosures, and discovery requests while under close supervision.
Assist clients with property damage claims (i.e. total loss, repairs, diminished value, loss of use, etc.).
Assist clients with coordination of medical treatment.
Assist with determining viability of claims after 30 - 60 days.
Assist with settlements and lien resolutions.
Meet deadlines and produce high-quality work.
Communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
Follow the ethical requirements as set forth by the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and consistent schedule.
Enjoy helping clients while showing empathy and understanding.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a pre-litigation and litigation paralegal.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, G-Suite, and case management software.
Proficient in using technology.
Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task while maintain accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Pro-active to handle necessary tasks for busy attorneys without constant oversight.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
