Plant Electrical Power Engineer
About the Role:
This Electrical Engineer role is for a sustainably driven division that produces plant-based products and has six manufacturing plants.
The products are used in a variety of industries including food, beverage, cardboard, and consumer. They are producing food & cosmetic additives as well as biofuels at this plant.
With this role you'll be wearing multiple hats - supporting low to high voltage power systems, DCS controls & instrumentation, design through installation of projects, operational support, assisting maintenance, and working with outside contractors.
You will be reporting to the Technical Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. Electrical Engineering
- 4+ years' manufacturing/industrial experience
- Preferably out of chemicals, foods, or utilities
- Experience with power distribution ranging from 120V to 15kV
- Ideally exposure to most of the following: PLC's, DCS, instrumentation & specifying equipment, motor controls, flash analysis, SKM modeling, predictive maintenance, NFPA/NEC regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
