A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING WARRANTY MANAGER

As a Plumbing Warranty Manager, you ensure customer satisfaction by managing warranty claims. When customers submit a claim, you respond to their complaints and coordinate with the rest of our team to ensure that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You're also responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records of warranty claims, and tracking trends to identify any potential product or service issues.

In addition to managing individual claims, you oversee our warranty process from start to finish. This includes working closely with our team of plumbers and technicians to ensure that they're adhering to our warranty policies and procedures. Your excellent communication skills are crucial in this role as you interact with customers, suppliers, and team members to ensure that everyone is on the same page. With your dedication to customer satisfaction and your keen attention to detail, you play an integral role in ensuring that we continue to provide top-quality service to our valued customers!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING WARRANTY MANAGER

  • 1+ years of professional customer service experience
  • An interest in the plumbing industry
  • The ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

WORK SCHEDULE
