WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We're seeking a with a whatever-it-takes approach to join our team! In this full-time role as the Policy and Process Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible to plan, lead, organize and control multiple project initiatives for our Total Quality Management (TQM) team in accordance with approved scope and schedule.

In this full-time role as the Policy and Process Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible to plan, lead, organize and control multiple project initiatives for our Total Quality Management (TQM) team in accordance with approved scope and schedule.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Develop and execute TQM project initiatives to ensure that all implementation phases are completed on time and within budget
- Manage all aspects of an implementation project from start to finish, including planning, organizing, overseeing workflow, coordinating, tracking project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and roll out to include training when applicable
- Ensure all projects include the appropriate solicitation to include facilitation of collaborative feedback, external data, focus groups, interviews, observations, analysis, and process flow-charting (of both existing and new processes)
- Support other members of the team with tasks and/or provide documentation on the
project's status - Communicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout implementation process, and communicate project updates
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure that goals are being met throughout the implementation process
- Reviewing project plans, meeting minutes, and other documentation to ensure that all tasks have been completed according to plan
- Conduct training on the new processes or procedures to users who will be impacted by the implementation
- Conduct post-implementation audits to ensure that all changes and desired outcomes have been implemented successfully
- Ensure all processes/policy changes are documented and incorporated into our policies and procedures manuals, training, and quality assurance discipline for long-term sustainability
- Collaborate with Office Auditors to ensure processes are audited and measured for effectiveness
- Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing tasks and assisting with projects as
needed - Comply with all Southern Management's policies and procedures
- Perform various other duties as assigned by VP of Total Quality Management
JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
- Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Strong problem and project management skills
- Budget Management
- Advanced knowledge of Yardi, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, and manage multiple deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of apartment operations
- Experience in facilitating software training and processes
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years working in Property Management in all aspects of operations
- 2+ years of experience in software training and implementation
- Strong knowledge of change management processes or project management
