This is a full-time opportunity in Pocahontas, AR 72455. This is a day job that pays $ 14.66 to $23.66/hour BOE and offers affordable (full) benefits for you and your family after only 30 days.
Available Departments & Shifts:
1st & 2nd Shift Positions Monday-Friday (No weekends)
- Live Hang & Rehang- $19.66-$20.66/hr.
- Shoulder Cut- $17.66 & $18.66
- General Processing- $14.66-$15.66
Live Office Openings: Scheduled 4 days/week
- Pullet Crew/Hatchery- $14.66/hr-$14.91/hr
3rd Shift Positions:
Scheduled 6 hour shifts w/ 8 hour bonus/scheduled week depending on attendance & performance.
- Sanitation- $16.06/hr.
Perfect attendance bonus for perfect attendance of $3.00/hr. Do not leave early, show up late, or be absent for the week and receive an additional 3 dollars per hour bonus for every hour worked. For example, if you make $14.66/hr starting pay you would make $17.66/hr after your perfect attendance bonus.
Poultry Production workers will receive on-the-job training to perform the following tasks:
Visually inspect processed products for quality and bones.
Load machines and equipment.
Deboning and trimming of chicken.
Sorting and rework of processed chicken
Operation of food production machines and equipment.
Hanging of chicken WOGS for processing.
Packing of processed products.
Stack-off of packed products for palletizing.
Palletizing of processed products for shipping.
Skilled positions and premium raises are available based on experience and performance.
