Position Functions:

· Assigns tasks within the department to ensure completion of schedules and operating plans.

· Work with other facility management to resolve problems and create solutions.

· Ensure compliance with safety rules which create a safe work environment.

· Act as a relief person when others are absent or unavailable for their duties

· Participate in the housekeeping effort within paint booth and remaining department areas

· Assist with other projects assigned by Supervisor

Position Expectations:

· Responsible for the production performance of department.

· Possess a broad knowledge of department and business regarding performance and predictions.

· Accountable for accuracy in department record keeping.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with subordinates and superiors.

· Ability to motivate, be a team builder, and train employees.

· Be of upstanding character necessary for being a role model to employees.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma with some college level course work preferred.

· Knowledge of computer integrated manufacturing systems.

· Basic-level abilities in Microsoft Excel and Word.
