We are seeking Seasoned Power Washer Professionals, Perfectionists, and People who take Pride in their work to become an integral part of our team!

The ideal candidates will learn our unique system as an Installation Helper and develop into a Lead Installer position for our rapidly growing company. We promote based on performance, so your attitude, aptitude, and ability to bring your A-game to every job will be what determines how quickly you're leading your own team.

You will be working with the best equipment in the business and provide our unique sealing process backed by a 25-year warranty for exterior wood and concrete.

Responsibilities:

- Learn and implement all operational practices from team leads, management and owner
- Work to exceed all clients' expectations
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and working properly
- Take before and after pictures to upload to our client portal online
- Ensure service trucks are maintained and fully stocked
- Communicate with management to order any materials needed for services or to improve customer service
- Be honest, reliable, and punctual. Your team, clients, and company are counting on you to honor your commitments
- Communicate safety or service issues immediately
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Consult with clients regarding additional service opportunities
- Overnight travel will be required (AirBnb rental, travel class hotel, not Motel 6). We do rotate the local schedule to make sure you're working in town periodically.

This is primarily a Monday-Friday work schedule so you're home every weekend but some weekends may be required during peak season.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in operations or other related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong attention to details required.
- Power-washing experience strongly desired

Again, M-F overnight travel will be required. Do not apply if you cannot work out of town 3-8 weeks in a row (home every weekend though). Lodging and a per diem provided by the employer. Ever-Seal is a drug-free workplace and will require random testing. Do not apply if this will be an issue.
